Careers for Women and Men, Inc is a unique organization. Our business is to match women and men to jobs in Executive Sales, Advertising, Marketing and Public Relations.

Our clients are hundreds of corporations, large and small, representing every major industry in Metro New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, New England, and California, as well as selected international cities.

The candidates who come to us for placement are a wide range of women and men: recent college grads and (mostly) experienced sales reps, from juniors to seasoned pros, and every level of management (including C-level).

We are Contingency Executive Search—with a difference.  Most of the job seekers come to us from referrals.  Each week, every week, 100 to 200 new applicants are referred by other applicants whom we have helped in the past.  They come to us because of our history, having been in the business of helping their friends and relatives find good jobs for the last 35 years.
