Careers for Women (& Men) is a unique organization, and we've built our reputation by word-of-mouth. Our business is to match women and men to jobs in Executive Sales, Advertising, Marketing and Public Relations. We provide contingency search with a difference. Most job seekers come to us from referrals. Each and every week, 100 to 200 new applicants are referred by other applicants whom we've helped in the past. They come to us because of our proven track record, having been in the business of helping their friends, relatives and co-workers find good jobs for over 40 years.  For these people, all our services are free.

The candidates who come to us for placement are a wide range of women and men: experienced sales reps, from juniors to seasoned pros; all levels of management including C-level; and recent college grads. Our clients are hundreds of corporations, large and small, representing every major industry in Metro New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, New England, and California as well as selected international cities.  These corporations pay us to find the people they are looking for.  Our fee is less than half of what any other Staffing Company or Executive Search Firm typically charge.

We began in 1973 as the only organization in the world whose sole purpose was to attract, train, and place women in Executive Sales. Now, 40 years later, we continue to place both women and men in executive sales positions across industry sectors.
