When we tell a candidate that it's not our job to find them a job, we're being completely honest. We're focused on building careers. Many of the people who come to us are employed. They already have "jobs." What they don't have are "careers" or, at the very least, the kind of career paths that are stimulating to them. We challenge every one of our candidates to evaluate a job in terms of his or her long range goals. We tell them to be picky, to evaluate opportunities using the information we have provided to make well informed career moves.
We've always believed that by providing our candidates with a source of career advice and counsel, we will develop a referral stream and a rich pool of talent that will attract the best companies and the best job opportunities.
We have many jobs for many people. We are always trying to fill jobs for between 100 to 150 active corporate clients. Having an abundance of jobs to choose from is the first step to getting the job you want.
Our executive search services are free to our candidates. That's why thousands of candidates have turned to Careers for Women (& Men) again and again to advance their careers – and continue to refer their friends, relatives and co-workers.
