Our referrals make the difference.

We charge our client companies a contingency placement fee that is less than half of those charged by any other service: 15% of an employee's first year base or salary with a full 90-day guarantee. We are able to do this for such a low cost because of our business model.

We began in 1973 as the first company ever to specialize in placing executive sales women. Our database of applicants are "Active" and "Passive" Job Seekers who are people, not just resumes. We have interviewed all of them and assisted them in many different ways.

At least 50 new salespeople come to us every week from referrals. They hear about us from the salespeople we have already placed. They are the result of our legacy, having been in the business of helping their friends, relatives and coworkers find good jobs for over 35 years. And they cost us nothing.

We currently have almost 1,000 corporate clients; many have used our services for over 30 years. They range from small, local companies to international corporations. Some hire only one person every few years, and others hire 5, 10, or 20 almost every year. 80% of these corporations use us exclusively for their recruitment needs. Having many corporate clients provides us with an abundance of job opportunities. Both the number and diversity of our candidates and clients allow us to make appropriate matches between people and positions.
